Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes, you will need to create an account so we will have all relevant details pertaining to your order.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, email us at or follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the sign in page.

Which size should I choose?

Most of our hats have been designed with our fully adjustable signature drawstring or velcro head size so choosing the right size is not a problem.  We do have some styles where different sizes are an option and this will be displayed appropriately against each relevant product.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items displayed are in stock, check the colour and size from the drop down boxes on the product page to find out which colour and sizes are available. Colours and sizes not available will not appear.

I have seen an item on the website and now it no longer appears. Do items come back in stock?

Yes, most of our products will come back in stock, depending on their popularity. Please check back on the site or contact customer service at or (02) 4324 4409 to find out about product availability.


What payment methods do Rigon accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and payments via Paypal. Please sign up to a Paypal account here should you wish to use this payment method.

Do all of your hats come with a UPF50 rating?

Whilst most of the hats within our range contain the UPF50+ rating from ARPANSA, there are some that do not have the rating as fashionable materials have been used that are not condusive to solar radiation protection, such as open weave raffia.  In this situation, we would recommend choosing an alternative hat, made from a fabric that does contain the UPF50+ rating.
