Domestic Return Policy
Rigon Headwear Australia is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date - in the original packaging No questions asked. No restocking fees. Unfortunately, Rigon Headwear cannot accept any liability for goods returned by unregistered post.
1. Contact email@example.com or call +61 2 4324 4409 with your order number. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of choice.
2. We do not accept returns after 30 days from ship date.
3. If you believe your package was damage during shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of deliver and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
4. Orders can not be cancelled after they have been shipped. If you item has not yet shipped, we will immediately cancel the order and refund your payment. If you order has shipped we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
