Yes, you will need to create an account so we will have all relevant details pertaining to your order.

Most of our hats have been designed with our fully adjustable signature drawstring or velcro head size so choosing the right size is not a problem. We do have some styles where different sizes are an option and this will be displayed appropriately against each relevant product.
All items displayed are in stock, check the colour and size from the drop down boxes on the product page to find out which colour and sizes are available. Colours and sizes not available will not appear.
Yes, most of our products will come back in stock, depending on their popularity. Please check back on the site or contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or (02) 4324 4409 to find out about product availability.
Whilst most of the hats within our range contain the UPF50+ rating from ARPANSA, there are some that do not have the rating as fashionable materials have been used that are not condusive to solar radiation protection, such as open weave raffia. In this situation, we would recommend choosing an alternative hat, made from a fabric that does contain the UPF50+ rating.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love our products as much as we love designing them for you! If you are not happy with any of your Rigon/Christine items we are more than happy to refund, exchange or credit your purchase.
Here’s what you need to do….
On receiving your order, try on all your purchases within 7-14 days. Please leave all tickets on the garment.
If you wish to return an item that you have purchased, fill in the enclosed returns form and send this with your goods and a copy of your invoice to:

All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the conditions below will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account, with the exception of:
Sale items. We are happy to issue a credit note or an exchange on these styles, but no refunds will apply.The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty.
Please note Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be refunded to Australian purchasers however Rigon Headwear is not responsible for the refund of duties or taxes levied by your country incurred as a result of purchasing our products. You may be able to recover these costs by directly contacting your local Customs government department.
We are more than happy to exchange a garment for an alternate size, if we have it available. If we do not have the required size an alternate style, refund or credit will be offered. Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition. Wear and tear to a product is not a sign that the item is faulty.
All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all tags attached and in original condition. If your item shows any evidence of wear (includes, but is not limited to, strong perfume or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags) it will be returned to you and your refund voided.Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.Unfortunately Rigon Headwear cannot accept any liability for goods returned by unregistered post.
